This site has been developed to allow a forum for the proper recognition of glorious moments of human failure. We've all had them, we've all seen them and we have all, at one time or another, wanted to tell everyone about them. The more spectacular the failure, the more intense the urge to share it.

Too often we witness a glorious moment and lack a forum to give it all of the recognition it deserves. If you scan our pages you will see some great examples of behavior worthy of great recognition. We're sure you, too, have many examples you can share and we hope that you do.

We have implemented a voting mechanism to allow our visitors to vote for their favorite "emptybeanies" in each of the categories. Unlike most other sites, though, you can also vote negative. That is, you can take votes away from stories that you think are not worthy. If you have Paypal, you can also do a "Mega" vote. For a mere $1.00 you can have a Mega, which is equal to 10 regular votes. Similarly, you may purchase a "Meganeg" vote which is equal to 10 regular negative votes.

Every quarter we will announce the winners in each category. The winners will be based on your votes and will receive extra special recognition on our "winners" page. If there is a story that you believe deserves very prominent recognition, you should be sure to vote for it and invite your friends to do the same. Chicago voting rules apply – vote early and vote often.

Please register with us, read the stories that have been posted, vote on them, share your thoughts in the comments sections, post stories of your own and come back often. We love to have you here and look forward to your return.
